We are sorry we've been away for a while - it's been an insane ride. From getting on board with Eatigo, OffPeak, Bloop, VMO and many many other amazing partners, we're super excited with the support we are getting from everyone around here.
We're reaching our one year anniversary and we are hoping with that milestone behind us, we've got many more years to come. It's not been easy and we've had our ups and downs, but it has been a fun journey for us small time F&B owners.
Oh, we guess you're wondering why the photo above eh? We've recently added our Salted Egg Butter Chicken to our specials menu! SUPER YUMS. It comes with fried rice & egg, with pasta, on our chicken chop or even on chips or chicken wings! It's like #SALTEDEGGBUTTEREVERYTHING !
We are not sure whether we are throwing a big party this coming November yet to mark the occasion, but we may do so, so make sure you keep yourselves free!

Sorry we have been away for a while now, we had a short break of the CNY period - kinda cos most of our staff were going home for the holidays. We are still new, and we believe that if you keep your workers happy, they will in turn make you happy - so we took the time to touch up the outlet. We painted, tiled the kitchen, really cleaned up the whole place.
So now we are back in action and hoping this CNY and the Year of the Dog will give us the "Ong" we need to push through and make it.
It's been a humbling experience opening a restaurant, and it's been fun meeting everyone who has graced us with their presence here. I guess we just want to take a moment, to step back, and thank each and every one of you who have come by, from our family, to our closest friends who came almost every day to support us and the business.
We do hope more and more people come by and can enjoy the place, and hope we can be around for many years to come. It's certainly been a tiring, heart-stopping, blood, sweat and tears kinda experience for us.
Happy New Year everyone. We hope for everyone to achieve one thing on their list.

Soooo, we had a little fun the other day doing a DIY photoshoot of some of our fav dishes and a few new ones. We are working on the menu and to enhance our offerings for everyone. Check out some of the photos and behind the scenes of getting that good shot!
We've realised we don't exactly have any Asian dishes at all in the menu and we always end up cooking some good ol' fried rice or maggi for our staff meal. It's simple and super yummy! So, we have decided to up it a notch and make it for you guys as well!

It's moving into our third month in SS15 and we are learning every step of the way. Even today (it's Monday our off day!) we are here sitting in the shop doing some paint touch ups, fixing our wiring, and making sure everything is perfect for all our guests to enjoy themselves.
The other day when we we're walking by the shop we noticed that it looked a bit "closed" from the outside so just to reiterate we are open from 12noon daily (except Mondays), so do drop by! Don't worry we won't bite.

We have been missing a while and trust us when we say we've been getting a LOT done!
From conducting R&D on new interesting dishes, to brand new refreshing cocktails to putting up our outside wall (it kinda does have a little vintage vibe to it, don't you think?). We've also got our TV wall installed and Astro is a go - so expect late nights and football (or NatGeo, if that's your cup of tea).
We want to take a moment to breathe and thank everyone for all your support over the past couple of months. We can't believe we have already been running about 2 months now.
Last Sunday, 24th Dec, we had our Christmas Eve feast in collaboration with our partners, The Chefs Brigade and it was amazing. We may have packed the outlet out a bit too much, but we really enjoyed having everyone with us on that day.
So this coming Sunday is New Year's Eve, I know we are not quite the pumping hoo-haa kinda place you may want to go to, but if you are looking for an NYE party with games, and without the loud thumping beats, we would like to welcome you over. We are having a BBQ Party at RM55 nett p/person with a glass of beer - yes, BBQ!! Of course, booze all night long too. We are working on getting in shots and a couple of cocktails on the night as well.

Sooooooo, it's that time of year again where we are jolly and happy! Christmas is coming and it's coming at high speed!
We just started setting up our Christmas decor last night and so far we are pretty pleased with ourselves. We are going major DIY this time around (you know right Christmas decor is like superrrrr expensive!). So we visited a few places, got some Christmas baubles (ornaments...) and DIY-ed a mesh netting to our ceiling to hang them from. We used 12, yes TWELVE sets of baubles for the one section.... looks like it is going to be another 30 ish sets we need....
We are thinking of hosting a Christmas Eve and New Years Eve party this time around - Christmas perhaps with one turkey and some extra special Christmas desserts - of course we will have amazing drink promotions and stuff too - season of giving as it is!
New Years Eve - what do you guys think about a onesie party? Haha - I mean it's superrrrr hot but hey, why not? If you guys are ons, we will get our Operations team to dress up too! HAHA!

So, we've been open officially for about 8 days now, going onto our 9th today.
It's been an interesting journey of angry men and a lot of compromise. We've got a few requests from our neighborhood to add in a set lunch, so we've done so! And it launches, TODAY!
So do come over and grab your favorite Chicken Chop, yes, we know that's the hottest dish and a drink for only RM16*.
If you want that with our soup of the day and one scoop of ice cream then it's RM21*! We think it's a steal, what about you?
Apart from that, over the weekend our ID design man has been busy putting up our dry wall at the back, and we think it looks a whole lot nicer. Do you think we should get a mural painter in? Or just to simple minimalist designs on it? Hmmmm......
Also, we've got our potted plants coming in today, super excited! Hopefully it'll give the place a little more 'down to earth' (lol) feel about it.
There is so much we want to do with the place, and we are biased yes, but we love our little restobar. And we want to share it with you too - so feel free to drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us what you would like to see! And we will put our creative minds together and see if we can run it! ;)

So, we had a soft launch the other day to see how our flow of operations was and safe to say it was a damn mess! Haha!
Well, at least we managed to have a night dedicated to our friends and family and we think (and hope) everyone had a great time with us. :) It was an afternoon of food & coffees and a night of too many beers! We even broke a couple of bottles! Dang!
We would like to really thank everyone for coming over and supporting us - it was amazing having you here to celebrate the day with us. Now we have finally opened - after an intense post mortem session with a lot of 'DEI, DEI, DEI'.
We are looking forward to meeting everyone and we are looking to build our menu with your feedback :) So pleaseeeeeee write in your feedback form yeah?
